What it is

Digital Hank treats communication as the point at which business events become digital records. It captures the correspondence, documents and context that accumulate around running a business and makes that material organised and retrievable rather than buried in an inbox.

The problem we encountered

The real record of a business is not in its accounting system. It is in messages, attachments and decisions scattered across mail, chat and files. The moment something needs to be proven, reconstructed or handed to someone else, that record has to be assembled by memory.
