Independent software company

Independent software,
built from real work.

We build software for needs that ought to be met.

The living constellation

The portfolio at work now

Region-level only

The founding method

We build from problems we experience ourselves.

Encounter a real problem.

Solve it for ourselves.

Use it in production.

Improve it from evidence.

Offer it to others.

Every product here started the same way. We ran into something while building or operating our own software, could not find a tool that actually fixed it, and built one. Then we used it in production until the evidence told us what it should become.

That is the only thing the portfolio has in common. The products serve different people in different markets, and each one stands on its own. What connects them is the method and the point of view — not a suite, and not a bundle.

Selected work

Three we would show you first.

10 products, each built for its own reason. These are the three where the method is easiest to see — what we ran into, what we built, and what we still use every day.

Chapter 01 / Application intelligence

Crossdeck

The application-intelligence layer that joins customer identity, revenue, analytics, errors and operational cost on one timeline.

Relationship
Built and operated by Cross Constellation
Platform
Web application and SDKs
Status
Active public product
Canonical site
cross-deck.com

The reason

Operating iOS applications meant waiting days for App Store Connect to report what had already happened inside our own software. As the number of products grew, the delay stopped being the main problem.

What we built

Crossdeck is the application-intelligence layer that joins customer identity, revenue, analytics, errors and operational cost on one timeline.

How we use it

Crossdeck Trust protects login and signup flows across the portfolio and helps verify browser-origin and human signals.

Chapter 02 / Link-in-bio and public distribution

Biotree

One elegant public destination for every link a person or product needs to publish.

Relationship
Built and operated by Cross Constellation
Platform
Web application
Status
Active public product
Canonical site
biotree.bio

The reason

Every link-in-bio tool made you choose between two things you should not have to choose between. The ones that were easy to set up produced pages nobody would want to look at — the most widely used of them worst of all.

What we built

Biotree is a link-in-bio product built on the premise that a public page should be quick to make and worth looking at.

How we use it

Crossdeck uses a Biotree page at crossdeck.biotree.bio as its public social and resource hub.

Chapter 03 / Consumer iOS application

Grid

An iOS application for building and sustaining habits.

Relationship
Built and operated by Cross Constellation
Platform
iOS
Status
Active public product

The reason

A real need to build and sustain habits, and no existing application shaped the way that work actually happens.

What we built

Grid is an iOS application for building and sustaining habits.

How we use it

We run Grid as a real App Store application, which is what makes it an honest production environment for the layer underneath it rather than a staging build.

The other 7 — Digital Hank, PricePage, ClaudeArchitect, PageSwipe, Windline, RunFast and livedot — are no less ours.

The relationship constellation

How the products are genuinely connected.

Ownership descends from the organisation. Product usage runs between products and is labelled with the verb that describes it. Every line is rendered from the relationship register, and every line has a page behind it.

  • Solid line from Cross Constellation — ownership.
  • Dotted line between products — one product uses a specific capability of another.
